PrioriTask

Certainly! Establishing good routines and remembering to actually use PrioriTask might be the biggest challenge to truly benefit from the app. We’ve considered this and incorporated two types of reminders: one to prompt you to plan your tasks and another to remind you to follow up on your tasks. In the settings, you’ll find a section dedicated to reminders where you can configure settings for each type of reminder. You have the flexibility to choose which days you’d like to receive reminders and at what time. We recommend setting a reminder in the morning to plan tasks (ideally when you typically review your backlog) and another in the evening to ensure you follow up and check if there’s anything you need to complete.

It depends a bit on how you use PrioriTask. If you add many of your daily routines or other tasks that you frequently perform and that can be completed quickly, it may be advantageous to plan often with fewer tasks, perhaps every morning. This can make it easier to successfully complete your tasks before the next planning session, as it’s easier to estimate how much you can accomplish within a shorter time frame. On the other hand, if you usually only add things you need to remember and that may take a little longer to complete, it might be beneficial to plan less frequently, perhaps once a week or every other week. The most important thing is to find a method that works well for you based on your needs; you may need to experiment to discover what works best for you.

Yes, and it works the other way around as well. If you have configured family sharing for your Apple ID registered family members may do the same.
